Expand the spiritual activities. Research shows that attending religious events can normalize your heart rate and reduce stress. Another way is to be alone and meditate. Take advantage of your time just to talk to God from the heart to contemplate. Traveled to visit scenic spots or express yourself creatively can have the same effect.
